Pop-up Poets at Wallasey Central Library

Now an annual fixture in Wirral Libraries annual Bookfest, last night's open mic for spoken word, in the oppulent surroundings of Wallasey Central Library, was a well attended success.

Despite a number of other events on the same evening this now long standing event attracted 14 poets reading and almost as many audience members!

Thanks to everyone who made the evening a success.

My web site has been updated to include the judges comments on my 2nd placed poem, heft, in this years Welsdh International Poetry Competition.

The link to the web site & the poem itself is here:

Fimnally I'm delighted to have been able to confirm my first guest poet slot for 2020! On 1st April 2020 I'll be reading in Stockport, full details per my site.
